Acquisition of blocks of MDV shares in connection with the proposed delisting of MDV shares from the Euronext Access+ Paris market in order to facilitate MDV’s financing with private equity funds operating in the healthcare sector, as well as the conclusion of amendment no. 5 to the financing agreement with YA II PN, Ltd and the drawing down of a tranche of OCAs.
